Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You can cancel your order for free before it is shipped.

• To cancel, simply email us at support@grabclever.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

• If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and initiate a full refund (if prepaid).

  Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • However, you may still choose to return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

    Prepaid Order Refunds

    • If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
